September Newsletter: Ticket Update for On the Eve of Abolition in Boston!

We’re back after a late summer break. In the last week, the anniversaries of Hurricane María (2017) and Grito de Lares (1868) passed and for both, we acknowledge the suffering and resistance that coexist under Puerto Rico’s long history of colonization first by the Spanish and still today by the U.S. We remain in steadfast, unshakable solidarity with Palestine, Lebanon and everywhere that U.S. imperialism exists. All power to the people. ¡Que viva Puerto Rico libre y socialista! 

This newsletter features new artwork in solidarity with Krystal Clark and all Prisoners of Women’s Huron Valley. We’ve also included an update on tickets for our On the Eve of Abolition Boston Premier and a recap of the FREE DOWNLOAD Arte Popular Ahora roundtable and exhibition.

Estamos de vuelta después de un descanso a finales de verano. En la última semana, pasaron los aniversarios del Huracán María (2017) y del Grito de Lares (1868) y para ambos, reconocemos el sufrimiento y la resistencia que coexisten bajo la larga historia de colonización de Puerto Rico, primero por los españoles y aún hoy por los EE.UU. Permanecemos en solidaridad firme e inquebrantable con Palestina, el Líbano y en todas partes donde existe el imperialismo estadounidense. Todo el poder para el pueblo. ¡Que viva Puerto Rico libre y socialista!
